From handpicked apples grown on Yering Farm's estate orchard. Fifth generation orchardist, owner and winemaker of Yering Farm Wines, Alan Johns, took to making cider at the insistence of his sons. The fruit is handpicked, crushed, fermented, barrel aged and lightly carbonated before bottling.
